The FM Unitized system is a long-standing unitized framing option that has been in use since 1996. Built without the FortMax thermal barrier, it provides standard thermal performance comparable to many competitor systems on the market. It has been installed on dozens of projects across the United States and remains a reliable solution when high-performance requirements are not a priority. The system is fully code-compliant and integrates well into applications where conventional unitized framing is appropriate.
