FreMarq Appoints new CEO

Renea Frederick,  Chief Executive Officer of FreMarq Innovations

Renea has been an invaluable team member, serving as Treasurer with distinction and dedication. Her transition to CEO marks a significant and exciting chapter in the company’s history.

Renea steps into this role following the departure of her husband, Todd Frederick, who has decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial venture. Todd has been the driving force behind FreMarq Innovations, previously FM Enterprises, for the past 27 years, leading the company to unprecedented growth and success. His vision and leadership have been instrumental in establishing FreMarq as a leader in the curtain wall industry. Renea has worked alongside Todd for the last 27 years. Her expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership makes her uniquely qualified to lead FreMarq into the future.

As Todd begins his new journey, we wish him all the best and are confident that his entrepreneurial spirit will lead to continued success. His departure from the CEO position is bittersweet, but we are immensely proud of his achievements and excited for the future.

“As I move on, I could not leave FreMarq in more qualified hands than with Renea,” said Todd. “She has been with me, building our company, for more than 27 years. I have watched her grow and evolve in those 27 years from someone with very little industry knowledge to an experienced and knowledgeable industry professional who can and will lead FreMarq into further success. I am excited for Renea and the whole FreMarq team. Under her leadership, I am confident the company will continue bringing innovative products to the market and move forward into the future. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for FreMarq.”

Renea brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s operations to her new role. Her tenure as Treasurer has been marked by exceptional financial stewardship and strategic insight. She has played a crucial role in managing the company’s finances, optimizing operations, and driving growth initiatives, and she has been the foundation of the company’s culture. Her leadership has been characterized by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

As CEO, Renea will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategic planning, business development, and organizational management. Her vision for the future of FreMarq is centered on continued innovation, sustainable growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

“I am honored to take on the role of CEO at FreMarq,” said Renea. “I am deeply committed to building on the strong foundation that Todd has established and leading the company into its next phase of growth and success. Our team is incredibly talented, and I am excited to work alongside them to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.”

As FreMarq enters this new chapter, we remain dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality curtain wall solutions to our customers. We are excited about the future and look forward to the continued growth and success under Renea’s leadership.
